The location is amazing. I volunteered for the Jubilee year of healthcare workers and sick. It’s near the Vatican and tour areas. They leave a kettle and snack on the room to accommodate the missed breakfast. Federika tried to accommodate your request and needs for breakfast. The cleanliness is great- just bring your own lotion and conditioner. They would let you download the what’s app and get constant communication with Federika. I’m satisfied and happy overall with my stay made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Breakfast was delivered to my room Tea and a croissant. The staff were just lovely. Friendly, helpfull and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom was equally so. The area didn't seem very touristy. Wide streets, beautiful architecture, interesting shops. An easy 20 walk to Piazza Navona and a metro 5 minutes. Good places to eat!

This was my third stay at the hotel, and I’ve enjoyed it every time. The location is excellent - it’s a charming neighbourhood that isn’t overcrowded with tourists, yet still within an easy walk of all the main attractions. The staff, particularly Michele and Federica, were wonderful and very attentive. The rooms are spotless, well-decorated, and comfortable. The continental breakfast is a nice way to start the day. I also really like the self check-in option – very handy and hassle-free.

Location is amazing, 10-15min walk from Vatican, bus station just a minute away and metro station 3-4 minutes walk, so it is very easy to reach city center (colosseum, pantheon, fontana di trevi...). Room is a good size, staff is wonderful and very helpfull, specially Federica who was available all the time on whatsapp for any questions and help we needed. Breakfast is excellent. The neighbourhood is very lively, lots of shops, places to eat and drink. Room is very clean. Bed is very comfortable. I would definitely come back!

The area around the hotel is very safe and with many food businesses, pharmacies and others. The building and in particular the apartment is super safe. Everything is super clean and above all quiet. For those who like to walk, the Vatican and other attractions can be done without requiring transportation. I really recommend it.

The place was very nice and clean. Big space and very comfortable. The rest of the building is clean and feels like a very safe neighborhood.

The location was fantastic since it was in the center of Rome. Everything of interest was within walking distance. The neighborhood was nice. The landlady/person responsible for our apartment was very kind and super helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at this B&B. The rooms are impeccably clean, the location is truly amazing, and Federica is very nice and helpful. One aspect that stood out to me was a convenient self-check-in process, as you do not depend on anybody and can arrive at any time (just make sure watch the detailed video instructions provided by the staff). It was my second time at this B&B, and without a doubt, I will choose it again for my future trips to Rome.

Love the set up of the B&B. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, delivered to the room. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Vatican, and to many of the monuments and churches. Plenty restaurants close by. The staff was very professional and very nice. I highly recommend this place.
